We've finally got details of some extra support from the Government to tackle rising energy bills. We'll all get £400 knocked off our bill this autumn - and it won't need to be repaid. Plus there's extra cash for the most vulnerable. Here's what you need to know.
Virgin Money hikes savings rate to 1.56% – but app and online banking crash
There's a new best-buy savings rate... if you can access your account. Virgin Money now offers 1.56% on up to £25,000 in its linked M Saver accounts, beating the rate from Chase Bank.
However, for most of yesterday, the online banking and app have been down. This is a developing story so I'll update this article when (or if) it's back up and running, and what that means for you and your money.

1. M&S credit card: £30 voucher offer
New M&S Reward cardholders who spend £100 in three or more transactions in 90 days will earn a £30 voucher. Here's more.
2. Platinum Amex: Boosted refer-a-friend ends

There are a handful of shows at 50% off or two for the price of one in this flash sale ending on Sunday. More here.
4. Wine: 25% off back at the supermarket
Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's are all offering 25% off when you buy six or more bottles of wine. Remember this stacks with other discounts. Here's more.
5. Pubs: Free pint or spirit & mixer
Greene King has a new app giving a free drink when you sign up, and the chance to win more prizes. More here.
6. John Lewis: Free Google Nest Hub with £75 spend
If there's something you want to buy from John Lewis then you might be able to nab a free smart hub. More here.
7. Curve: Fee-free spending this summer & £10 offer
Curve has announced there will be no additional exchange fees added to transactions overseas this summer, making it a perfect backup card for any holidays you go on. Plus there's £10 for signing up.

7. Ikea: £10 off £100 spend
