Your weekly money saving deals and news from money expert Andy Webb
My top articles this week
As most of you know there's no team here at Be Clever With Your Cash - it's just me! With the Covid-19 picture changing constantly I don't think it's a good idea for me to write something which could be out of date within hours.
So the articles, podcasts and videos I'll be sharing with you will either be ways to help you better manage your money or I'll be pointing you in the direction of organisations that offer direct support or where there are huge teams dedicated to updating guides.
I'm constantly listening to BBC 5Live and when news break that relate to coronavirus and your money I'll be sharing those updates on Twitter - you can follow me here to see those updates.
Right, over to this week's articles and deals
1. Managing your money during social distancing and self-isolation
We are all going to be at home a lot more, and sometimes won't be able to leave at all. But a bit of planning now could make things easier in the weeks and months to come, so in this article I've covered a few things you should look at in terms of banking, savings and more that will help if you find you can't leave the home.
2. Financial support if you’re hit by coronavirus
Every single one of us is going to have our income and life hit by Covid-19 which means there will be a huge need for support when people find their income drops. However, the situation in terms of what support is available is changing every hour of each day.
So rather than write something now which will be out of date by the time you read it, I've built a list of different sources where there are huge teams working to constantly update the advice of where you can get help.
3. Consumer rights and coronavirus: Should you get a refund?
Normally I'd be encouraging you to claim back all the money you're owed, but right now there's a fine line between doing this and doing what we can to keep businesses going.
In this article I've gone through some of the key areas you might have been affected - from holidays to events, and from gift cards to subscriptions such as Sky Sports - and shared what I think you should be doing.
4. The best value TV & film streaming sticks
Now we're all at home more, we're also going to be streaming lots of TV. Now if you don't have a smart TV this can be frustrating so I've looked at all the different devices you can use to watch whatever you want on your TV rather than your phone or computer.

More on preparing your finances for self isolation over on the podcast
In this week's episode I've talked more about what you can be doing now to get your finances ready for not being able to leave home during the Covid-19 crisis.

The top deals this week
I only share deals and special offers on the blog which I think are really good value. Click the red titles or blue links for more information.
Plus, it's worth following me on Instagram where I post any extra deals which come too late for the newsletter.
1. Stamp prices go up on Monday
1st and 2nd Class stamps all go up by 6p and 4p on Monday. If you're someone who tends to send letters, or even if you want to get some ahead of Christmas now is the time to buy.
2. Six months free Disney+ and Britbox
If you missed the cashback offer last week it's still possible to save £10 off the annual price of the new Disney + streaming service.
And if you're with O2 you can either get a £2 monthly discount, or potentially get it free for six months. Also, EE customers can claim six months free Britbox and Amazon Prime Video.
Another decent streaming offer is via Amazon Prime, where you can add Starzplay for 99p a month for three months. I'm going to give this a go so I can watch the new Veronica Mars series which is available from the weekend.
3. Printer and two years of ink for £49
This deal at Currys gets you a new HP printer for £49 rather than £149 and throws in two years of instant ink. Plus you might be able to nab a £20 Just Eat voucher on top.
4. One month free Lucky Voice at Home
If you fancy a singing session with the family while you're stuck at home then this free month will give you access to Lucky Voice's huge catalogue of songs. You just stream it from your computer, phone or tablet.
5. 15% off Currys at eBay
You can also buy Currys items via eBay. This offer runs until Sunday and though it's meant to only be on selected lines, I tried it on an iPhone, Sony's fantastic noise cancelling headphones and a Google Chromecast and the 15% off worked on all three. Max discount of £60.
6. Last minute Mother's Day flower offers
Most of us aren't going to be able to see our mums this Sunday so it's worth taking a look at cashback sites and voucher codes to see if you save some cash when you send some flowers. Here are a few that I've found.
