The top deals this week

I only share deals and special offers on the blog which I think are really good value - and here they are for you too. First some newbies in a bit more detail, then some you might have missed from previous weeks. Click the red titles or blue links for more information.

1. £175 HSBC bank switching offer

There are a number of decent bank switching deals at the mo, and HSBC has just got back in the game with a huge £175 bonus. You'll need two direct debits in your old account to switch over and then pay in £1,750 a month. You'll get the money within 30 days so there's no reason you can't switch again!

2. M&S 20% off weekend

I've had an email through telling me there's another 20% off weekend running until the bank holiday Monday, so it's worth checking your inbox or M&S Sparks account. If it's not there then don't despair as it probably means you'll get the code next week.

3. Cinema ticket and sweets for £3

The popular Sweet Cinema offer is back on packs of M&Ms, Revels and more - and you can now start using the codes for free tickets on Sundays. I've spotted two packs of eligible chocs for £3 in Morrisons, but no doubt they're cheaper elsewhere or will be soon. Tickets are valid at Cineworld, Picturehouse, Showcase and more.

4. LAST CHANCE - £38 for a new HP printer and a year of ink

This free ink for a year deal ends on the 31st May, and the new printer you'll buy to get it is down to just £38. I think it's a great way to update your printer and save on cartridge costs.

5. £1 for a 90-day Tastecard trial

This three month trial should see you into late summer for just one quid. I use mine mainly for food discounts in restaurants, but you can also save on cinema tickets and things like airport parking.

6. ENDS SOON - Nine months of Sky Sports for £195

This NOW TV Sky Sports 9-month season pass ends on the 31st May. Even though the footy is over, there's plenty of sport over the summer and this can be cheaper than forking out for a full Sky subscription.
