G'Day,

Where it all began!
Ever seen this before? I came across it in a Facebook reader group and was laughing with my author besties about how it would make a great book. Suddenly we were all throwing tropes around until I couldn't stand it any more. I was in the middle of finishing my Alien Billionaires series on my other pen name and getting ready to start another new series, but the idea would not leave me alone. The more I thought about it, the more I wanted to write it and then the idea of setting it in a small Australian coastal town hit me and I never looked back.
I originally wrote this book in a publishing gap right before the Romance Writers of Australia conference in 2023. In fact I pitched it to two publishers who both requested the manuscript, but when nothing came of it, I shelved it. Finally, in January, on school holidays and probably after one too many wines, I bit the bullet and launched this pen name to self-publish the series that stole my heart in 2023. And here it is! I hope you love the way I did this moment and others.
