Happy Friday!
And happy Easter! I've just finished a week off my day job on long service leave and it was exactly what I needed! Particularly because I've been working so hard on Married to my Grumpy Minotaur Boss only to discover it wasn't turning out the way I wanted. The solution: delete the first five chapters (almost 7k words) and start again!!
The good news is I'm so happy with the change and I can't wait to introduce you to Justine and Ronan my classic grumpy/sunshine couple.
Their story starts on Patreon next month and will continue into May. So if you like early presents, consider joining the serial reader tier for less than the cost of a cup of coffee per month and being the first to read.
This week I've been reading My Minotaur Husband by Lyonne Riley and if you haven't picked it up yet I highly recommend! Theo is the delightfully bashful guy next door in the streets/dirty talker in the sheets that I love to love. Think Stirling's BIG brother and you have the right feels!

OUT NOW!
Thank you so much to everyone who has been reading Used by the Unicorn and helped make a really successful launch! If you haven't picked it up yet, I thought I'd share this review. This book was a little different to the rest of the Monstrous Deals series, but I'm so pleased to hear that for so many of you it hit all the right feels anyway. Every so often I need to do something a little outside the box to feed the muse!
5.0 out of 5 stars Unique & Healthy Ethical Non-Monogamy Dynamics
Gleeful Goblin Review: This book was such a phenomenal exploration of sensualíty, relationship dynamics outside of strict monogamy while still involving commitment of two people to each other, and the dynamics involved in new relationships while dealing with the very real consequences of a past relationship (pregnancy). I also just flat out adore this series for how it handles sèx work in general. This book diverges from others in the series in that from the start there are group dynamics involved at first indirectly and then later VERY directly both of which reminded me beautifully of Stalked by the Kraken from Lillian Lark and is just *chef's kiss*. And just like in that book there is...exploration of appendages that you don't find on humans let's just say and it's very good to know your way around a horn. The backdrop to all of this admittedly very steamy physical connection is that our FMC is terrified to make anything permanent so when I read this tidbit at the end of a scene I really felt for her but was comforted by knowing there's a definite happily ever after waiting for everyone: "Then I wipe my face and we all collapse into a tangle of limbs on the bed. I am sandwiched between two muscular unicorns, one stroking my hair, the other my back. I should move. I know I should. Cuddling is against the rules. I don’t, though. I lay there and lap it up like this was exactly what I wanted all along. Like I didn’t make the rules to protect me from making another big mistake." Big oof there Jade, big oof.
Even though there's rightfully and delightfully a lot of focus on physical intimacy, there's also a lot of found family dynamics as well as radical acceptance of self and others in ways never anticipated. Absolutely loved this book. 5/5 Stars
Thank you so much, Aiden. That's exactly what I was hoping for xx
