  • 10% Cash Down Payment (Must have proof of funds)
  • Monthly Income must be 3x's monthly PITI mortgage
  • (Example: $2,000 PITI then, Monthly TGI = $6,000 combined)
  • If no Social Security, then ITIN is OK!
  • 2 years Taxes (if possible)
  • Proof of monthly Cash Flow (bank statement, pay stubs, 1099's, W-2)
  • Sole Proprietor OK - Bad Credit - OK.
  • If no ID, then foreign Passport is OK.


Process:

  • RMLO will be used for Mortgage
  • Escrow Servicer will be used for monthly payment and accounting
  • We can close in 10-14 days
