Terms Requirements are as follow:
- 10% Cash Down Payment (Must have proof of funds)
- Monthly Income must be 3x's monthly PITI mortgage
- (Example: $2,000 PITI then, Monthly TGI = $6,000 combined)
- If no Social Security, then ITIN is OK!
- 2 years Taxes (if possible)
- Proof of monthly Cash Flow (bank statement, pay stubs, 1099's, W-2)
- Sole Proprietor OK - Bad Credit - OK.
- If no ID, then foreign Passport is OK.
Process:
- RMLO will be used for Mortgage
- Escrow Servicer will be used for monthly payment and accounting
- We can close in 10-14 days
