Hi ,

On Sunday evening, I watched a stunning ballet. I never thought I would watch an entire performance on my computer monitor, but that's where we are in 2020. I sat riveted in my office chair as I watched the 2+ hour performance of Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake. It's an updated version from when it debuted in 1995. Via the New/Adventures website, you can rent or download the show. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. If you're looking for something to watch over the holidays, check it out. Bourne's choreography is brilliant.

This week's 5 Things is my usual mishmash of the stories that caught my attention. The most clicked Thing from last week is at the end. Enjoy!

And, now, 5 Things for you to learn, read and do...

1) More Google stuff (they've been making a lot of changes and updates lately...what do you think of their new branding?): How to Turn Off Gmail's 'Smart' Features

2) In September, I mentioned the Duchenne smile. There's a reference to it in this article from Peter Attia, MD. Masking emotion in the age of COVID-19

3) I write a lot of lists so I happy to know they help my brain! How Writing To-Do Lists Helps Your Brain (Whether Or Not You Finish Them)

4) I'm a big fan of Pilates. I attended the same Monday night class every week for about 10 years. Now I practice at home. This is a great 10 minute workout: This Pilates for Posture Workout Gets You Standing Taller in 10 Minutes

5) Public Service Announcement... If you haven't heard, Zoom is lifting the 40 minute limitation on free Zoom accounts on Thanksgiving (from midnight ET on Nov. 26 through 6 a.m. ET on Nov. 27, worldwide, even if you don't celebrate!). If you don't have a Zoom account, sign up here (free).

And finally, if you're curious, the Most Clicked Link last week was not what I expected...

Google warns Google Drive users: Use it, or lose your files

Your turn...what have you watched or read this week? Reply and let me know!

If you're celebrating Thanksgiving, however different it may be from your usual celebration, I wish you a lovely day with lots of Zooming with your loved ones,
