{{contact.first_name}}, what's your next step?

Hi !

Last week I stepped out of my office for a few days to (finally) visit my family. My mom turns 84 in a couple of weeks and I wanted to see her and my sisters after an 8-month hiatus. Memory and movement were top of mind for the entire time. My mom's memory is declining as is her ease of movement. And we shared lots of memories about our long life together. As I witness her struggle to walk with ease, it keeps movement front and center for me...to walk, jog, hike, build strength so I can stay mobile and active as long as possible. As many have said, aging is not for the faint of heart!

Back in my office on Tuesday, there were many goodies and deadlines to explore and I share a few with you today.

My stuff first:

  1. The May Get it Done Day Work Sprint is coming up this Friday, May 21. It's like doing deep work with support and a wee bit of accountability. Sign up here. (learn more about deep work here)
  2. Not marketing, but your life...my partner with my IF gig, Ellen Britt, and I are hosting a new 10-Day Intermittent Fasting Challenge. It starts May 24. Details here.

Other people's brilliant stuff:

  1. Danny Iny's Course Business Masterclass is open for enrollment now. If you're contemplating creating online courses, you should definitely check this out.
  2. Karon Thackston's Blog Post Shortcuts are on sale. Get a 3-pack of blog post templates for $18, saving $9. Use COUPON CODE: BPS9. These are not PLR. They are templates you can use over and over again to quickly create better blog posts.

Where ever you are in your business or life journey, there's always a next step. What's yours?

May you have a satisfying day,

Denise
