πŸ‘€ {{contact.first_name}}, how focused are you?

Hey ,

You know how I've been telling you about the Get It Done Day work sprints I have hosted for the last year?

Well, via my fave newsletter, Morning Brew, I discovered an article in the Washington Post about making the most of your "focused time" which is usually about 4-5 hours per day. πŸ‘‡

Your ability to focus may be limited to 4 or 5 hours a day. Here’s how to make the most of them.

The quoted productivity experts suggest working less, with more intentional focus hours. This supports the enthusiasm expressed by participants at the end of the work sprints I host...they're getting more done in a shorter, focused period of time.

You can call it co-working or work sprints or a get it done day. If you haven't tried it yet, I invite you to block off 4 hours and join us on June 18 to experience what you can get done during 4 hours of focused work time. The sprints are about 55 minutes with 5-8 minute breaks in between and a few guided exercises to keep you fresh and focused.

This month, the Get It Done Day is only $10 so you can try it out and see how you like it. And, if you have questions about how or if it could work for you, hit reply and ask...I'll get back to you asap.

May you have a productive week,

Denise
