Planning To Fail

Most often than not I tell my students to strategize their goals. πŸ“–

Why? Because "failing to plan is planning to fail".

Having a detailed strategy can help you achieve anything. The moment you put your goals on paper, your subconscious starts acting upon them.

Now I am not saying to go and make an elaborate 10-page essay - Start small.

Take a piece of paper and write down your exact targets. Then break down each step required to achieve them. Make these steps as elaborate as possible.

For example, if you are planning on losing weight for 2021, write that down on paper. ✍️

By doing so you are unconsciously telling your brain that this is an important task and needs to be committed to memory.

Next, write down exactly how you plan on achieving this goal.

Turn it into small daily actions such as going for a walk 5 days a week, cutting out unhealthy snacks, hiring a trainer, etc. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

This is a game-changer because strategizing makes the end result look a lot more achievable.

We know for a fact that humans are programmed to do easier things first. So hack your brain into thinking it’s possible by making it look easy. Try it out, and you will see a substantial shift in your behaviour. βœ…

If you find you are struggling with something in particular then hit Reply and let's create an action plan together! Trust me, it’s easier than it looks.
