The dreaded overhead call came from a Frantic Flight Attendant as her voice cracked.

👨‍⚕️"Is there a doctor on board"

Response: Nothing

⚕️"Is there anyone with Medical Training on board"

At the time, I was a practicing Critical Care Respiratory Therapist, so I raised my hand 🙋‍♂️

I was escorted to the front of the plane expecting to see someone in their mid seventies complaining of chest pain....
