You can either experience the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.

Disciple isn’t easy or fun. It’s painful because it requires you to sacrifice something.

For me, it was the sacrifice of my old easy ways. Of taking the painless and easy way out.

But that made me stay stagnant and limited.

Because painful discipline is necessary to grow!

Otherwise you end up with painful regrets. Trust me those are way worse!

So don’t avoid the pain of disciple. You only need a little bit a day to go a long way.
