No one really shows the reality of real estate investing, it's not always Instagram selfies, cars, and business deals.

I was also a dumbass real estate investor who thought I was the pro through YouTube tutorials, but I learned the rough side through mentors. My goal is to invest $1 million in my personal development. That’s what makes me a high-performance individual.
