How To Chunk Your Goals ✅

One of my favourite quotes by Nelson Mandela is: "It always seems impossible until it is done."
I resonate with this so much and I'm sure others do as well! 🙏
We sometimes think of our goals and say: "I can never do that, it's impossible" or "I'm not ready yet, maybe later".
We all go through that feeling of inadequacy at times.
I do too. 🤷♂️
But I have learnt to control it with rational thinking and taking action.
Next time you feel overwhelmed by your long-term plan, use the Chunking method. Cut up the massive goal into small chunks and start working towards those pieces separately.
For example: If you are trying to lose weight, cut up the goal into small steps like "going to the gym only 3 times a week for the first month".
Do that again next month but this time increase the frequency. 🏋️♀️
Eventually, you will see that your goals weren't impossible after all. And all that you needed was to take one step at a time.
