50501 Augusta Happenings November 11 - 16

Greetings Resistor ,

It has been a minute and a LOT has happened in that time. The weather turned on us, forcing us to pivot the Fall Festival from outdoors at Back to Nature to a RallyUp online auction. We're finalizing the details on that and will send out the invites soon!

The TECC Training was a success. Mac McLaughlin of Community First Response came up from Orlando to teach us the MARCH Protocol along with the importance of converting a tourniquet within 45 minutes if at all possible, and much, much more. We are discussing more classes and a Live Shooter Event Drill in the new year! BOLO for that announcement.

In the background of all of this, one of our Augusta founding members faced a family loss that required them to step away from activism for the foreseeable future. Please keep them in your hearts as they navigate their loss.

Just as I wrote in the last newsletter, as the season gets cooler and the political climate gets hotter we need community more than ever.

HEADS UP: Tomorrow is INSANELY busy.

11/11/25 Local Action: Rick Roll

Since our 12th District Congressman Allen STILL refuses to hold any In-Person Townhall Meetings or actually meet his constituents in his Augusta office face-to-face to hear our concerns, we've decided to respectfully air our grievances this coming Sunday on the sidewalk outside of his church.

Don your Sunday School best, grab your In-Person Townhall NOW!, Release the Epstein Files, and Bible Verse Signs such as Matthew 25:42; Exodus 23:9; Leviticus 19:33-34; Psalm 72:13; Exodus 22:22; Matthew 25:35-36; and 1 John 3:17 and join us for a peaceful sidewalk protest.

In a perfect world, this would have been a one and done. However, this world is far from perfect, so this will probably be a repeated event. We want to speak to his fellow congregants in their language to apply social pressure. Who knows, we may even bust out some hymns.
