As a wisecracking, young, ne'er-do-well once opined "Life moves pretty fast." And, wow, it certainly did! Between the time the last email was drafted, sent, and landed in your inbox the Movers and Shakers of the CSRA did their thing. Maxwell House, LLC is offering Maxwell House Apartments' residents "temporary accommodations at an extended stay facility." This is a MAJOR development in the housing crisis that is Maxwell House Apartments. As such, Augusta Tenants' Unions Block Party for Housing Justice is now on hold. We still ask that those who are interested RSVP so we can have a bit of a head count.

It was brought to our attention that the VA Townhall: Stop the Cuts! Call To Action RSVP took people to the map instead of the sign in form; that has been corrected.
