How to have conversations that convert.

There are genuine reasons why you might not like the thought of selling. We will explore what those reasons are and what you can do about it (hint – it is our ancestors’ fault!). 


Once you understand why you feel reluctant to sell, then we will look at some of the ways you can get better at selling without being pushy, yucky or selling your soul. In fact, a lot of it is genuinely just about having a great conversation.


Good selling is about helping people and you should feel great after you’ve had a sales conversation, so Janet will share some tips that anyone can use straight away, whatever your level of knowledge or experience. We will cover how to structure conversations with your customers and teach you a few of the (ethical) hints and tricks that professional salespeople use to great effect. 


You will also learn what to avoid doing and by the end of the session you should feel much more confident about yourself, what you are selling and how to have conversations with customers that convert, whether you are new to sales or already an expert.
